Superb Swansea Porcelain sauce tureen SOLD
This Sauce tureen is a fine example of Swansea Porcelain Decorated by J Bradley & Co of 49 Pall Mall London with their typical decoration of flowers and fruit, the tureen bearing the C scroll moulding perculiar to the Swansea China works. The shape can be found in Swansea Porcelain shapes and decoration by A E Jones & Sirleslie Joseph page 86 and again in Swansea Porcelain by W D John Illstration 31. Similar decoration is found on Nantgarw items from the Brace service and the bird decorated plates bearing the inscription J Bradley & co, 47 Pall Mall London In excellent condition. Circa 1815-17 SOLD		£ 1875.00
